Assurify Consulting is an independent advisory practice based in Jersey, Channel Islands.
I founded Assurify in 2025 after fourteen years building and leading my previous consultancy. This was a deliberate decision to work directly with clients rather than managing a growing business around them.
My focus is technology-enabled change: helping business owners and senior leaders navigate complex programmes with clear governance and genuine accountability. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means the work stays personal and the oversight stays real.
My goal is to maximise value from investments in technology using the models, principles and techniques within the Business Value Maximisation Framework (BVMF)

I have spent fifteen years working with professional services firms — trust and corporate services, financial services, and regulated businesses across Jersey, Switzerland, Mauritius, and the UK — on the kind of change that carries real risk if it goes wrong.
My approach is straightforward. I come in early, before momentum creats obligation. I help leaders get clear on what they are actually committing to, who owns what, and what governance needs to be in place before the pressure starts.
Where helpful, I stay alongside as a critical friend. Not to motivate or instruct, but to reduce avoidable risk and improve decision quality.
Engagements are part-time and advisory by design. The aim is never dependency, but confidence.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and messing about with technology, but my main passion is sailing and anything to do with the sea.
